Admin Assistant

Position: Admin Executive
Department: Administration
Location: AG Chowk, Kalawad Road, Rajkot

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure proper time management of office activities.
  • Prepare and maintain employee-related documents (offer letters, appointment letters, joining documents, etc.).
  • Handle Excel data entry for employee and candidate records.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and documentation accurately.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including attending calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
  • Ensure proper filing and record management (physical and digital).

Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic MS Office tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to handle front desk responsibilities professionally.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,772.40 - ₹15,000.00 per month
