Admin Assistant

Job Title: Admin Assistant Projects Department
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duration: 6 months (possible extension for another 6 months)

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced Admin Assistant with a strong background in project administration (minimum 10 years) preferably within a Document controller coordinator. The role involves managing priority meetings preparing accurate Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Projects Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage project-related administrative tasks.
  • Organize and prioritize meetings; prepare agendas and accurately record MOM.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure timely distribution of reports.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for project-related communications.
  • Support project teams with scheduling, tracking progress and handling correspondence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant project admin experience ideally in a DCC background.
  • Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
