Admin Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Business Administration Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of office procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general administrative and clerical tasks

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Maintain and organize company files and documents

Support HR and finance departments when required

Coordinate with suppliers and clients

Maintain office supplies and inventory

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work under supervision

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
