Admin Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in cold calling, email communication, and general administrative tasks, with the ability to engage with prospective clients and support business development activities.Key Responsibilities:Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce company services.Send professional emails to potential clients and follow up on leads.Maintain and update client databases and contact lists.Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team.Provide general administrative support including documentation, reports, and data entry.Assist in lead generation and client communication.Maintain proper records of all outreach activities.Requirements:Proven experience in administration, telecalling, or client outreach.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to confidently speak with potential clients over the phone.Good email drafting and professional communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.Location: UAE Experience: 1–3 years preferredTAGALOG speakers will be preferredIf you are confident, organized, and enjoy communicating with potential clients, we would love to hear from you.
