Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative tasks, maintain records, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth functioning of office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and records.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers or clients.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and basic documentation when required.
- Ensure proper organization of company files and confidential records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative or office support roles (UAE experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience in construction, contracting, or engineering companies.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
