We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who is fluent in Arabic to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate communication, and assist various departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support
- Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to the team.
- Prepare, translate, and edit documents, letters, emails, and reports in both Arabic and English.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls, messages, and emails.
Office Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Support event planning, workshops, and internal activities.
Communication & Customer Service
- Act as the primary contact for Arabic-speaking clients and visitors.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries in Arabic and English.
- Coordinate with internal departments to relay messages and support efficient communication.
Data & Documentation
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations as required.
- Assist with data entry, database management, and document tracking.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic (native or advanced level) and proficient in English.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
