Admin Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
  • Support basic accounting tasks (invoices, receipts, follow-ups)
  • Maintain office supplies and handle administrative requests
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate or customer service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
