Admin Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Admin Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Engineering, Construction, or Manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Good communication and computer proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Freshers with strong learning ability may also be considered

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office support tasks
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and documentation accurately
  • Coordinate between departments, vendors, and site teams
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal communications
  • Support management with scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
