Job Opening: Admin Assistant

We're hiring a reliable Admin Assistant for our Pakistan office to manage daily operations and coordinate seamlessly with our main branch in Dubai. This role ensures smooth execution of tasks across both locations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and office organization.
  • Coordinate with the Dubai main branch on task execution, document sharing, and operational updates.
  • Manage communication between Pakistan and Dubai teams via email, calls, and collaboration tools.
  • Assist with basic HR and finance support such as attendance tracking, vendor coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare reports, track deadlines, and follow up on assigned work to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a multi-location setup.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for Dubai coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Available to work Pakistan standard hours with occasional overlap for the Dubai time zone.
