Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administration Executive to handle day-to-day administrative operations, coordinate between departments, and ensure smooth office and site support activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and support company operations
  • Handle employee records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Procurement, and Site teams
  • Maintain and monitor attendance systems (e.g., WebHR)
  • Arrange accommodation, transport, and logistics for employees
  • Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
  • Assist in visa processing, labor documentation, and renewals
  • Coordinate maintenance of office and staff accommodation
  • Support management in day-to-day operational requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administration (UAE experience preferred)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in handling employee records and documentation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills in English

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
