Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administration Executive to handle day-to-day administrative operations, coordinate between departments, and ensure smooth office and site support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and support company operations
- Handle employee records, documentation, and filing systems
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Procurement, and Site teams
- Maintain and monitor attendance systems (e.g., WebHR)
- Arrange accommodation, transport, and logistics for employees
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
- Assist in visa processing, labor documentation, and renewals
- Coordinate maintenance of office and staff accommodation
- Support management in day-to-day operational requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administration (UAE experience preferred)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in handling employee records and documentation
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English
