We are looking for a female Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good coordination and communication skills with the ability to handle office tasks professionally.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle daily office administration and coordination

· Maintain office records, files, and documentation

· Prepare reports, letters, and office documents

· Coordinate with different departments for administrative support

· Maintain EOBI & PESSI records and ensure timely submission of all related data.

· Maintain and update employee records

· Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience required
  • MS Excel proficiency is mandatory
  • Ability to multitask and work in a professional environment

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
