Job Summary
Imperial Limited is seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily administrative and office management operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining smooth office workflows, coordinating communication, handling documentation, and supporting management with administrative tasks to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administrative activities and ensure smooth operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence
- Maintain office files, records, and confidential documents
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other office documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/service providers
- Monitor office supplies, stationery, and inventory requirements
- Assist in travel arrangements, bookings, and meeting coordination
- Support HR and management in administrative tasks and staff coordination
- Maintain attendance records and employee documentation
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and workplace facilities
- Assist in procurement and purchasing activities when required
- Follow company policies, administrative procedures, and SOPs
- Handle courier, dispatch, and record management activities
- Provide general administrative support to management and office staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Professional attitude with problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling information
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
