We are seeking a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and support office activities efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of office procedures, and experience handling administrative tasks in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate with staff, clients, and suppliers
  • Prepare letters, reports, and official correspondence
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
  • Assist in HR and employee documentation processes
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services
  • Support management with administrative tasks and reporting
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of UAE office procedures and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
