About the Role
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Ajman. This position supports the organization's Emiratization initiatives and provides an excellent opportunity for UAE National talent development within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Manage meeting room bookings and visitor registrations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and administrative documentation.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Support day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments as required.
Requirements
- UAE National candidate preferred as part of the company's Emiratization program.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
