· Proven work experience as a Cashier and Receptionist.

· Familiarity with POS systems & MS Excel.

· Extensive experience in F&B background.

· Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to multitask.

· Ability to work flexible hours.

· Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

· Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with tact and efficiency.
