Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier on behalf of our client to manage daily transactions, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate cash handling records. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, efficient and comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately and efficiently
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and issue receipts/invoices to customers
• Balance the cash register at the start and end of each shift; report discrepancies immediately
• Greet customers, respond to queries and provide a positive customer service experience
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy
• Coordinate with the team on stock, pricing, or promotional updates as needed
• Follow company policies on cash handling, securityand loss prevention

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
• Prior cashier experience preferred
• Basic numeracy and accuracy in handling cash and transactions
• Familiarity with POS systems (training provided if needed)
• Good communication skills; ability to interact professionally with customers
• Honest, dependable and able to work consistent day shifts
• Proficiency in Arabic Speaking, Basic English is a plus
