Admin Assistant

The Admin Assistant provides administrative support to the team, assisting with implementation, record-keeping, maintenance and operations. The role requires excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail. This position directly reports to the Head Office Manager Administration, ensuring smooth coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records and documentation.
  • Assist with gate inward/outward.
  • Attendance management.
  • Vehicle management.
  • Ensure paperwork is completed.
  • Administer Eobi & PESSI and employee inquiries.
  • Housekeeping knowledge.
  • Provide general administrative support and draft internal communications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate.
  • 1 to 2 year Previous admin or operations experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
