
- Plan logistics and coordinate training sessions and meetings.
- Assist with visa applications and issuance processes.
- Arrange and book flights, accommodation, and transportation for employees and visitors.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits.
- Coordinate and organize events, exhibitions, and company activities.
- Prepare weekly planning and activity reports.
- Prepare local and imported Purchase Orders.
- Prepare invitation letters and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial submittals.
- Record sales and after-sales teams' expenses, overtime, and per diem on a weekly basis.
- Follow up and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Follow up on and assist with invoice collection.
- Coordinate and manage driver schedules and transportation logistics within and outside Cairo.
- Manage office supply inventory, business cards, giveaways, and other administrative requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and after-sales teams.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Experience in coordinating visa issuance, travel arrangements, and flight bookings.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
