Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in human resources and administration, with a solid understanding of HR policies, recruitment processes, and office operations.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the company's social media recruitment platforms and sourcing a high volume of qualified candidates through various online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative and operational activities.
- Support HR functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, and employee records management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
- Manage and monitor the company's social media recruitment accounts.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through online job portals and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong database of candidate CVs.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and administrative support.
- Good knowledge of HR policies and recruitment procedures.
- Experience in managing social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Ability to source and attract bulk CVs using various recruitment channels.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
