Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in human resources and administration, with a solid understanding of HR policies, recruitment processes, and office operations.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the company's social media recruitment platforms and sourcing a high volume of qualified candidates through various online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative and operational activities.
  • Support HR functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, and employee records management.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
  • Manage and monitor the company's social media recruitment accounts.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through online job portals and social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of candidate CVs.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and administrative support.
  • Good knowledge of HR policies and recruitment procedures.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
  • Ability to source and attract bulk CVs using various recruitment channels.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Benefits:

  • Salary (4,000 - 5,000 QAR)
