Job Title: Admin. Assistant (blue collar)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We, at Emarat Aloula is seeking a reliable and proactive Admin Assistant to support administrative functions related to blue-collar employees at the main office. The ideal candidate will assist in handling documentation, employee coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth workforce operations.

Hindi language proficiency is mandatory due to the nature of workforce coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for blue-collar workforce (site and camp-based employees).
  • Coordinate attendance, timesheets, leave records, and overtime documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining employee files (passport copies, visas, Emirates ID, contracts, etc.).
  • Coordinate with HR regarding visa renewals, medical appointments, and labor-related documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with workers in Hindi regarding company policies, instructions, and site requirements.
  • Prepare reports related to manpower deployment and attendance.
  • Assist in onboarding of new workers (documentation, inductions, camp arrangements).
  • Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and site mobilization requirements.
  • Maintain proper filing system (hardcopy and electronic).
  • Support procurement and store coordination when required.
  • Handle general office administration tasks as assigned by the HR/Admin team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience in UAE.
  • Experience handling blue-collar workforce documentation is preferred.
  • Background in construction, infrastructure, or contracting companies will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of UAE labor documentation processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Hindi language fluency is mandatory (speaking and reading).
  • English communication skills (basic to intermediate).
