Receptionist (Emiratization)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Schedule meetings and manage appointments
  • Maintain visitor logs
  • Provide administrative support to office staff and management
  • Handle basic data entry and filing (both digital and physical)
  • Coordinate with site staff and office departments when needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk role
  • Previous experience 0-3 years in a construction or engineering company is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • lanugage : Very good command in English and Arabic is an asset

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position : Monday till Friday 8:30 - 5:30
  • Abu Dhabi Office-based role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
