Admin Assistant cum Driver

Job Purpose

To provide administrative and clerical support to the organization while ensuring safe, efficient, and timely transportation services for employees, visitors, documents, and company materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties

  • Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Prepare, scan, photocopy, and file documents.
  • Assist with data entry and report preparation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and document distribution.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies.
  • Support HR and administration activities as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.

Driving Duties

  • Drive company vehicles to transport staff, visitors, and clients safely and professionally.
  • Deliver and collect documents, materials, and office supplies.
  • Provide airport pick-up and drop-off services when required.
  • Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentability at all times.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any faults or maintenance needs.
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and service schedules.
  • Ensure vehicle registration, insurance, and permits are valid and up to date.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and driving roles.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Safe driving record with no traffic violations.
  • On-time transportation and delivery services.
  • Proper maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicles.
  • Accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
