Admin Assistant (Data Record)

Location: Karachi (Onsite)
Timings: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible Admin Assistant to support our team with data research, record keeping, and maintaining Google Sheets. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, searching information online, and keeping records organized and updated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online research and data mining to gather required information.
  • Maintain and update records in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Organize and manage data accurately.
  • Perform data entry and record maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure information is properly documented and updated regularly.
  • Assist the team with administrative and record-keeping tasks.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Good internet research and data collection skills.
  • Ability to understand written English.
  • Basic communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
