We are growing and looking for an enthusiastic Admin Assistant / Calling Agent to join our team. No prior real estate or admin experience is required—full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office administration (calls, emails, scheduling).
  • Assist agents with property listings, paperwork, and documentation.
  • Update and maintain company databases (Excel, CRM).
  • Perform filing, scanning, and general clerical tasks.
  • Coordinate with clients, tenants, and team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome.
