Key Responsibilities

  • Handle office documentation, filing, and record management
  • Maintain attendance sheets and assist with payroll data coordination
  • Manage emails, calls, and internal communication
  • Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
  • Assist in office administration and daily operational tasks
  • Prepare reports, letters, and meeting minutes
  • Maintain employee & office records in an organized manner
  • Coordinate with departments for task follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business / Administration)
  • Experience as Admin Assistant / Office Coordinator
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently
  • Attention to detail and professional work ethics

Timing : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Full-Time : On-site (E-11 Markaz)
