This is an in-person position - no remote worker applications please.
We are looking for an individual to carry out the following duties:
- Pricing and ordering construction materials.
- Basic estimating, doing take-offs and calculating quantities of materials (will train if needed), getting prices from sub-contractors.
- Making sure all sub-contractors' paperwork is up to date.
Communicating with Spanish speaking workers, general clerical work and personal tasks for the owner,
