We are seeking an organized and efficient Admin Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will be an expert multitasker with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing a variety of administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing support to staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
- General Office Administration: Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Well-versed in office repair and maintenance activities.
- Maintain and update company filing systems.
- Answer and direct phone calls and other inquiries.
- Greet visitors and provide basic reception services.
- Ensure proper document retention and compliance with company policies.
- Support for Staff and Management: Provide administrative assistance to staff and management as needed.
- Other Duties: Assist with onboarding new employees.
Qualifications:
- Matric/FA degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple work simultaneously.
Pay: Rs45,000.00 per month
