Office Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, calls).
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Ensure office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) is maintained and serviced as needed.
  • Bank works office related cash handling .
  • Communication and Liaison
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Handle inquiries professionally, redirecting them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain effective communication with vendors, clients, and staff.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepare expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
  • Assist in data entry, record keeping, and database management.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees (arranging workspace, access credentials, etc.).
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
