Admin Assistant - Own Visa

Job Title: Admin Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to join our team and support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle general administrative tasks and office support

- Manage and update records using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

- Assist with procurement and purchasing activities

- Source materials, products, and required items as needed

- Communicate with suppliers, request quotations, and follow up on orders

- Coordinate deliveries and maintain proper documentation

Requirements:

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in administration or procurement support

- Basic understanding of procurement processes

- Ability to source items and deal with suppliers confidently

- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

- Good organization and attention to detail

- Preferably holding a valid visa
