About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with a strong medical background (Pharmacist or Doctor preferred) to support our growing team. This role blends administrative excellence with medical research, content support, and marketing coordination—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on peptides, including clinical applications, safety, and emerging trends
- Assist in the development and organization of peptide-related courses and educational materials
- Support marketing initiatives, including content creation, campaign coordination, and audience engagement
- Coordinate and manage meetings, webinars, and internal communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Medical background required (Pharmacist or Medical Doctor strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding or willingness to learn about peptides and related therapies
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent research, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Experience in marketing or content creation is a plus

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
