Admin Assistant (Pharmacy Background)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with a strong medical background (Pharmacist or Doctor preferred) to support our growing team. This role blends administrative excellence with medical research, content support, and marketing coordination—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on peptides, including clinical applications, safety, and emerging trends
  • Assist in the development and organization of peptide-related courses and educational materials
  • Support marketing initiatives, including content creation, campaign coordination, and audience engagement
  • Coordinate and manage meetings, webinars, and internal communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Medical background required (Pharmacist or Medical Doctor strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding or willingness to learn about peptides and related therapies
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent research, analytical, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Experience in marketing or content creation is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
