Responsibilities:
- The secretary will conduct new research per property given.
- Assigning and researching new leads
- Cold Calling owners
- Negotiate and submit offers on leads
- Build positive relationships with motivated home sellers
- Adding a comprehensive list of leads to our CRM
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Efficient in Microsoft & Excel
- Bilingual is a plus
- Must have strong communication skills, be interpersonal
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,129.90 per year
