Executive Assistant

NYC-based investment firm with $25B+ AUM is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO. This role is focused primarily on high-volume calendar management for a founder who regularly manages 20–30 meetings per day. Responsibilities include coordinating complex scheduling, interfacing with senior executives, investors, and board members, managing travel logistics and expenses, and supporting special projects as needed. Ideal candidates have 5–15 years of experience supporting a single senior executive in a fast-paced environment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. This is a 5-day in-office role based in Midtown Manhattan with compensation in the $120K–$150K base range plus bonus. Candidates must be comfortable in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment where attitude, discretion, and attention to detail are critical to success.
