Admin Assistant / Secretary

We are looking for a well-organized and responsible Admin Assistant / Secretary to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare letters, and official documents.
  • Maintain filing systems and office records.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate with team members.
  • Assist management with daily administrative support.
  • Coordinate with clients and suppliers when required.
  • Maintain office supplies and support HR/admin tasks.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative or secretary roles.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Experience in MEP / Fire & Safety field is an advantage.
  • Professional attitude and good email drafting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in UAE administrative roles is preferred.
