We are looking for a well-organized and responsible Admin Assistant / Secretary to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administrative tasks and documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare letters, and official documents.
- Maintain filing systems and office records.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate with team members.
- Assist management with daily administrative support.
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers when required.
- Maintain office supplies and support HR/admin tasks.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative or secretary roles.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience in MEP / Fire & Safety field is an advantage.
- Professional attitude and good email drafting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience in UAE administrative roles is preferred.
