Job Summary:
Team Safety Consultants is looking for a motivated and organized Admin Assistant / Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle administrative tasks, client coordination, telesales activities, and support daily office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and office tasks
- Contact potential clients through calls and emails
- Generate leads and promote company services
- Maintain client records and documentation
- Coordinate appointments and follow up with clients
- Prepare quotations, reports, and correspondence
- Manage calls, emails, and office communication
- Support smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration or telesales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- UAE experience is an advantage
