Job Summary:

Team Safety Consultants is looking for a motivated and organized Admin Assistant / Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle administrative tasks, client coordination, telesales activities, and support daily office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and office tasks
  • Contact potential clients through calls and emails
  • Generate leads and promote company services
  • Maintain client records and documentation
  • Coordinate appointments and follow up with clients
  • Prepare quotations, reports, and correspondence
  • Manage calls, emails, and office communication
  • Support smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or telesales preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • UAE experience is an advantage
