Job Description – Admin Assistant/Assistant Manager
Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center Lahore is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant/Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure efficient administrative workflows. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and IT skills to enhance productivity and coordination within the team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks and office operations.
- Maintain and organize records, reports, and confidential documents.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Support HR functions, including recruitment coordination and employee records management.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory, office supplies, and vendor relations.
- Utilize IT skills to troubleshoot basic software/hardware issues, and ensure smooth digital operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other IT-related tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting and database management is a plus.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
