Admin Assistant/Receptionist

Vacancy is Only for FEMALE Candidates who are already RESIDENT of Qatar.

Fixed Salary – QAR 2250/month (inclusive of all)

ROLE:-

  • Administrative and secretarial services for the employer.
  • Call leads, follow up, and book appointments and meetings for the employer.
  • Drafting and sending emails to the concerned, as and when needed.
  • Answer phone calls, messages, and email inquiries and assign them to the concerned.
  • Coordinate the information flow internally and with clients.
  • Prepare and maintain client and data reports.
  • Responsible for sending updates to clients regularly.
  • Print, copy, scan, and save documents, counseling sheets, invoices, receipts, agreements, etc.
  • Prepare, organize, type, edit, and correct correspondence, invoices, receipts, agreements, invoices, etc.
  • Type and fill out allotted applications and forms.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Regularly maintain and update complete information of visitors & clients.
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Arrange travel plans and make bookings and arrangements.
  • May organize seminars.
  • Perform other duties as required.
