Promote the mission, services, and image of Fellowship Family on a continuing basis to all personnel, residents, volunteers, vendors, and the community via appropriate words and actions.

Assist with supporting the President/CEO's vision by working cooperatively and cohesively on service and operational matters with the corporate and FHB team, along with fellow employees.

Assist ED with any daily/weekly administrative tasks, including maintaining resident files/Resident Manager, admitting residents, maintaining state incident reports, employee compliance and human resources, VA documentation, receiving and distributing mail, external communications, and tracking employee in-service classes and calendars.
- Assist with communication and project management on behalf of ED with all employees/departments, including Director(s) of Resident Care, department managers, dining services, housekeeping, activities coordinator, business office, and TFF employees.

Assist in maintaining quality control and operational effectiveness in the areas of resident care, dining services, housekeeping, transporting, etc. Apply existing processes and procedures to maintain proper compliance and care for residents.

Ensure the concierge desk is adequately managed and visitors are appropriately greeted, along with incoming phone calls.

Maintain inventory by adequately accounting for inventory and conducting monthly orders for the community.
- Assist with coordination of room set-up for new residents. May assist with move-in and move-out of residents, including furniture, medical equipment, and other personal items.

Assist with efforts to create value for existing and prospective residents.

Assist in creating a positive work culture for all Fellowship staff that promotes personal development, an energetic/fun attitude, effective communication, and brand loyalty that is conducive to TFF guidelines, service standards, and brand/image.

Assist with the planning, developing, and executing various internal and external special events, including cookouts, games, festivals, etc.

Take on special projects as needed and as coordinated with the ED.

Ensure the ED is kept fully informed about Fellowship conditions and operations and of important factors affecting any/all operations.

Business-dressy attire, apart from casual Fridays and special events. Fellowship Home t-shirts, along with non-distressed jeans and or business casual attire are permitted on Fridays and special events.

Name badge must always be visible and worn at all times.

Intern hours are available Monday-Friday. Please ensure intern availability is provided to Fellowship in calendar form. This will be discussed before intern approval.
The candidate must be a full-time student in good academic standing at an accredited university. The candidate must have compassion and a desire to serve the elderly. The candidate must also be outgoing and energetic. The preferred candidate will be in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in administration, marketing, accounting, or public relations.
