Triple H Construction is steel fabrication and installation company specializing in large scale government projects. We’re looking for an Administrative Clerk who thrives on organization, loves a clean inbox, and can keep operations running smoother than a freshly formatted spreadsheet. You’ll be the backbone of the office—handling day-to-day admin tasks, supporting teams, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative and clerical duties
- Manage files, records, and data entry with accuracy
- Answer phone calls, and email inquiries appropriately
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, and office coordination
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Support management and team members as needed
- Maintain office supplies and basic office organization
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of admin/clerical experience in an office setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Local to Suffolk County (reliable transportation required—no public transit reliance).
- Notary Public required
- English & Spanish Language required
What We Offer:
- Hourly Wage: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with overtime as necessary.
- Working Hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends as necessary
- Probationary Period: Three (3) months from the date of hire.
- Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonuses.
- Other Conditions: Subject to random drug testing as per company policy.
