Key Responsibilities:
- Handle purchasing of construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and site engineers
- Maintain procurement records and stock registers
- Track material deliveries and ensure timely supply to project sites
- Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to ensure cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
- Provide administrative support to the project and accounts teams
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in purchasing or procurement (construction background preferred)
- Knowledge of construction materials and local suppliers
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
