The Role

The Admin Coordinator is a critical, junior-level responsible for the day-to-day administrative management and coordination across our 30+ brands. This position ensures the accuracy of our menus, prices, and promotions across all digital platforms and acts as the essential communication link between our central office and various operational departments.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the primary administrator for all delivery aggregator platforms (e.g., Talabat, Rafeeq, etc).

  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all digital menus, including item changes, pricing modifications, imagery, and brand availability status.
  • Provide administrative support for the full setup process of new cloud kitchen brands on all delivery platforms.
  • Precisely execute the setup, scheduling, and takedown of all promotional offers and campaigns, ensuring compliance with the Marketing Team's schedule.
  • Conduct routine checks and audits to guarantee menu pricing, descriptions, and operational settings are correct and consistent.
  • Serve as the central administrative point of contact between Waka Kitchen and key support functions, including Marketing, Kitchen Operations, Procurement, and Finance, ensuring smooth information flow.
  • Organize and schedule key operational meetings, prepare necessary documents, and take detailed meeting minutes to track follow-up actions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bilingual Communication is Mandatory. Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) is required to coordinate with local partners and internal teams.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally within the F&B, hospitality, or e-commerce sector.
  • Strong proficiency in data entry and advanced knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of detail-oriented tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with food delivery aggregators (Talabat, Rafeeq, etc.) is highly desirable.
