Job Description:
The Admin Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative and operational functions within the company. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and office organization.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications with staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Support the HR and operations teams with onboarding, record-keeping, and employee coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of office supplies, procurement, and logistics documentation.
  • Monitor and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Handle inquiries and provide professional assistance to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally in logistics or operations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
