ACCOUNTANT / ADMIN COORDINATOR

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant / Admin Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Handle Tally accounting software
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, and supplier transactions
- Assist with VAT-related documentation and reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and account checks
- Monitor inventory records and stock movements
- Prepare basic financial and sales reports
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Coordinate with store staff regarding stock, invoices, and operational matters
- Provide administrative support to management when required
- Assist customers and support retail operations when necessary
Requirements:
- Experience using Tally is preferred
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Organized, responsible, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Previous retail or fashion industry experience is an advantage
Preferred:
- Experience with inventory management
- Experience in UAE retail operations
We are looking for someone who is not only strong in accounting but is also willing to support store operations and work closely with the sales team when neede
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per day
Work Location: In person
