Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with students, lecturers, and management.
  • Maintain office records, schedules, and student documentation.
  • Create and manage social media content, videos, and marketing materials.
  • Plan and execute creative campaigns to promote courses and events.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Prior work experience in a similar role in Dubai is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
  • Creativity and basic skills in content creation or video editing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 10/11/2025
