Role and Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be responsible for creating and managing digital content that builds community, drives engagement, and supports our growth across all channels.
  • Write and publish blogs, LinkedIn posts, and newsletters aligned with ICB Labs’ voice and SEO strategy.
  • Engage with our online audience — commenting, responding, and participating in conversations under key posts.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (organic + paid) across social and digital channels.
  • Optimize website performance and monitor SEO metrics.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Oversee Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads — including setup, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering engagement, traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI.

  • CTR, CPC, and ROAS from paid campaigns
  • Marketing-Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Revenue & ROI from marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or content strategy (preferably in tech, Web3, or SaaS).
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience managing paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Analytical mindset with understanding of KPIs and ROI.
  • Passion for blockchain, AI, and decentralized technology is a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
