Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team for our online insurance portal. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

o Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

o Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities to expand the business and increase market share.

Team Leadership:

o Build, manage, and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, including specialists in SEO, lead generation, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and web development.

o Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Campaign Management:

o Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

o Ensure all campaigns are on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for the target audience.

Performance Analysis:

o Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).

o Generate regular reports on campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

Budget Management:

o Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

o Track spending and ensure campaigns stay within budget.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

o Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

o Communicate marketing plans and results to senior management and adjust strategies based on feedback.

Market Research:

o Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.

o Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.

● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1-2 years in online sales leads

● Proven track record of driving significant growth in a digital environment, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.

● Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.

● Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp).

● Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster a collaborative working environment.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
