Admin Coordinator - Khobar

Purpose of Position

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, Receiving and sorting daily mail.
  • The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

Major Responsibilities

  • Hotel booking.
  • Flight booking business/annual leave.
  • Creation of P.Os.
  • Submission of related invoices.
  • Preparing of monthly flight Report.
  • Other related tasks.

Qualification And Experience

  • Diploma Degree.
  • 1 Year of Experience

Skills & Qualities

  • English language (written and spoken)
  • Microsoft office experience
