Apricot Technical Services LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Cum Accountant to manage day-to-day administrative operations, accounting functions, and basic HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily office operations and coordination
- Maintain proper filing systems (hard copy and digital records)
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor and manage office supplies and requirements
Accounting Duties:
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and LPOs
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable
- Record daily financial transactions with proper documentation
- Handle petty cash and expense tracking
- Assist in VAT documentation and coordinate with auditors
HR Duties:
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and timesheets
- Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding process
- Support HR and PRO-related documentation when required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English
