ADMIN CUM ACCOUNTANT

Apricot Technical Services LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Cum Accountant to manage day-to-day administrative operations, accounting functions, and basic HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage daily office operations and coordination
  • Maintain proper filing systems (hard copy and digital records)
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and requirements

Accounting Duties:

  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and LPOs
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable
  • Record daily financial transactions with proper documentation
  • Handle petty cash and expense tracking
  • Assist in VAT documentation and coordinate with auditors

HR Duties:

  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and timesheets
  • Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding process
  • Support HR and PRO-related documentation when required

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of UAE experience (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills in English
