Admin Cum Accountant – Car Rental

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Admin Cum Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open & close rental agreements
  • Handle invoicing, billing, and payment collection
  • Maintain accurate financial and operational records
  • Coordinate with customers and internal team for smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Previous car rental experience is a must
  • Strong knowledge of RTA systems (TARS)
  • Familiarity with Speed (CRS) is a plus
  • Experience using Zoho (Books/CRM)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
