Receptionist - UAE National

Chef Middle East is looking for the Receptionist - UAE National who is a detail-oriented team player and will

be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken

manner. They will also be providing coordination and administrative support with events held at

Epicure Studio. He/ She will also be assigned duties as required.

Responsibilities

Ensuring Reception desk is always manned
• Answering and directing phone calls and acting as first point of contact for visitors
• Coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day management of the office to include
maintenance, and cleanliness
• Responsible for monitoring office provision supply and creating LPOs
• Attending to customer, vendor and supplier phone calls in a timely manner
• Assisting with any Engagement Committee activities
• Receiving invoices & documents, and maintaining a log of items received, as well as
ensuring that these are handed over to the respective recipient at the end of the day
• Arranging couriers as required
• Forwarding info@chefmiddleeast.com emails to respective departments
• Responsible for managing and coordinating all stationery requests by department
