Job Summary:
We are looking for a Admin cum Accounts Executive to manage administrative tasks, handle incoming calls, assist with accounting duties, and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English, proficient in Tally ERP, and have excellent communication skills to interact with clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) based on project and site requirements
- Verify quotations and ensure cost comparison before finalizing vendors
- Maintain proper documentation of all purchase transactions
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional approach, offering refreshments.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist in accounting activities such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Generate and analyze financial reports using Tally ERP.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain office supplies and oversee daily office operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and basic accounting principles.
- Fluent in Hindi and English (written & spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A friendly and professional attitude when dealing with clients and visitors.
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties effectively.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
